A South Carolina native, Heather has honed her craft as a photographer through years of experience in commercial, food, branding, portrait, and wedding photography. With a BFA in Photography from the University of South Carolina and a background as a Commercial Studio Manager, she brings a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to every project.

Inspired by idyllic pauses, the intimacy of adventure, and the magic of the land, Heather finds inspiration in moments filled with wonder and connection. Her goal is to craft images that transport viewers, allowing them to relive and cherish their own adventures. She believes in the power of photography to evoke emotion and tell authentic stories. Her focus is on capturing the genuine essence of life. From candid laughter to breathtaking landscapes and the heart of a thriving business, she strives to create timeless images.

Heather is actively involved in the local photography community as the Treasurer and Digital Media Manager for Photo SC. She finds joy in building her home with her husband and cats, and going on adventures. These experiences enrich her life and fuel her creativity.

Heather is currently located in Columbia, SC and is booking portrait, branding, and commercial sessions, with limited wedding availability. She welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with clients on new adventures, both near and far.
